RETURN ITEM(S) MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be in original, unworn condition, and free of odor.
- Item(s) must be returned accompanied by this return form. Missing fields will result in delay of processing your return.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges/store credit on any clearance items.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges/store credit on swimwear, lingerie or undergarments including bras, panties, hosiery, and stockings.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges/store credit on accessories.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges/store credit on costumes.
- Customer/Buyer is responsible for shipping fees to send order back to Pink Stella.
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear.
- There is a 30% restocking fee for any return items.

All orders will be verified for billing information provided by our customers. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed. We process most orders within 2-3 business days and will contact you if necessary.
There are no hidden fees, all fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method.
To make your time and order with pinkstella.com easy and fun, we prefer you to have the same billing and shipping address the same. If not we will contact you for a credit card verification and a form will need to be filled out. This process may delay your order.
